All the Right Stuff!

One of the irksome aspects of buying a home, especially for people relocating from another city, has been the time-eating nature of the search.  Just ten years ago, one would actually have to make an all-weekend appointment with a Realtor, fly and/or drive to the new town, and spend days (if not weeks or months) driving around looking at houses. If the move was sudden, it was even more of an ordeal, requiring quick decisions, financial gymnastics and plenty of opportunity for "buyer's remorse" at having jumped too quickly or having made an uninformed choice.
