Photo & Floorplan Specialist
Share your talents with the world! (Show off)
As a Photo & Floorplan Specialist for pictureplan-it! Real Estate Marketing, you are in charge of showing off our client properties. You will use proprietary software for the pocket PC to generate floorplans of area homes and commercial properties. In addition, you will take photographs of those properties and send them to the next person on our production chain.
A qualified candidate for this position is reliable, has a strong computer background and photography
experience. Some real estate experience would be preferred. We will provide training.
This is a part-time contract position that pays per job once training is complete. There is also potential for future
growth and travel. A car, a cell phone, PC, and digital camera with a wide angle lens are required for this job.

Sales Associate
Are you a sales superstar in the making? We'd love to chat.
As a rock star sales associate in your market, your responsibilities include business development, sales, and developing and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for learning the pictureplan-it! software and service process, so you can fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
We're keen on finding someone who is welll-rounded, enthusiastic, great with peole and comfortable working independently. We would prefer that you had some experience and knowledge within the residential and commercial real estate industries.

Operational Sales Manager (in various markets)
You've got amazing sales skills and know how. We've got an awesome opportunity.
As an Operational Sales Manager in your market, your responsibilities will include business development,
marketing, sales and developing and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for learning
the pictureplan-it! software and service process, so you can fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
As the company grows and expands, you will have additional responsibility for hiring, training and managing
pictureplan-it! Specialists (see description above).
We will train, provide sales support, software and equipment.
- Must have an entrepreneur's determination
- Must have great communication skills
- General familiarity and photography experience helpful
- Must have a windows PC with broadband internet connection at home

Community Relations Associate
Help clients solve problems and oh, yeah...possibly save the world!
This takes some technical aptitude because not only will you be tackling questions and solving problems for our
growing pictureplan-it! community, but you will also be scheduling appointments, shuffling schedules, developing
marketing materials and putting together the back end of our tours!
You should come to the table with superhuman computer skills (knowledge of MS Office an numerous graphic and photographic software programs) and a passion for organization and learning new things. A basic familiarity with html and some knowledge of the real estate community would be helpful.
